The Idiot by Elif Batuman is the story of a Teenage girl named Selin that is near about 1995 when the emails are new. Basically, the “Selin” if from Turkish but for the further studies she is immigrated to the USA and take the admission in course she never heard about any subject at Harvest university. Where she met a boy who is from Hungry and student of mathematics and his name is “Ivan”. Nothing is common between the Sdelin and the Ivan but they exchange their emails that are provided by the college administrator. They email each other. Selin email in Turkish that is not understandable to Ivan but still he praises her email and Selin fall in love with Ivan.
